Q1: How can I place order on SPP website?
Just follow several simple steps to place your order,
1. Register or Login our website.
2. Search the item(s) you need and click the button of “Add to Shopping Cart” right next to the item(s).
3. Click “send out the order” after shopping completed.
4. Fill in your personal information by following the instruction.
5. Wholly check the order and click the button “Confirm and send out the Order”.
Q8: Can I request D/C when placing order?
For those items which have D/C information shown on the page of “Product Search”, you may mark the D/C requested when placing order. For those without D/C information, you are not able to do so.
Q11: How can I confirm that my order is sent out successfully?
After you successfully send out an order on web, our automated mailbox system will send you different mails at different status, such as Payment Notification after the order is confirmed by our Customer Representative, Shipment Notification after the shipment is implemented and etc. Meanwhile, you can also login our website and check the latest order status.
