Q1: How can I place order on SPP website?
Just follow several simple steps to place your order,
1. Register or Login our website.
2. Search the item(s) you need and click the button of “Add to Shopping Cart” right next to the item(s).
3. Click “send out the order” after shopping completed.
4. Fill in your personal information by following the instruction.
5. Wholly check the order and click the button “Confirm and send out the Order”.

Q2: How to put the product in the shopping cart?
When you search the product you need, key in the purchasing quantity, and then click the “shopping cart” icon. The product you selected can be found in your shopping cart.

Q3: Do I need to register or login before using the shopping cart?
You do not need to register / login when using the shopping cart. But you will be requested to register / login before sending out your order.

Q4: How can I continue to buy after adding some items into my shopping cart?
You can continue to select your needs by just clicking the button “Buy others” on the page of “My Shopping Cart”.

Q5: How do delete the product from the shopping cart?
You can delete the parts you checked by just clicking the button “Delete the checked item” on the page of “My Shopping Cart”.

Q6: Can I order the quantity which is not conformed with the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement?
Sorry, there is MOQ requirement for some items which cannot be split out. Please follow the MOQ requirement when placing order.

Q7: The web price is only set to 1000pcs. How much if I want to order 10,000pcs?
Tiered pricing is applied on our website. Please take the price of 1000pcs for the quantity more than that.

Q8: Can I request D/C when placing order?
For those items which have D/C information shown on the page of “Product Search”, you may mark the D/C requested when placing order. For those without D/C information, you are not able to do so.

Q9: How can I review “My shopping Cart”?
You can review your shopping cart by clicking “Shopping Cart” which is located at the top of each web page.

Q10: I put all items into my shopping cart. Can I complete the order later?
Yes, the content of your shopping cart will be saved for 7 days. All information there will be eliminated automatically after 7days.

Q11: How can I confirm that my order is sent out successfully?
After you successfully send out an order on web, our automated mailbox system will send you different mails at different status, such as Payment Notification after the order is confirmed by our Customer Representative, Shipment Notification after the shipment is implemented and etc. Meanwhile, you can also login our website and check the latest order status.

Q12: Why am I notified that the item(s) order is/are out of stock after placing order?
Sorry, all items on our website will be hold up and arranged once the order payment is received. Stock cannot be kept by placing web order.
